We ship all of our gift boxes in eco-friendly waterproof packing envelopes using Fastway tracked delivery service.
We aim for next day delivery, provided the order is completed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders made at the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Occasionally we are unable to arrange next day delivery due to factors outside of our control. In this case we will email you to let you know and give a delivery estimate.
Our gift boxes can be delivered to any address in Ireland (32 counties) including to hospitals, please provide the ward or room number at checkout. If this is not provided we will contact you to request it or change the delivery to a home address.
Our delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland is offered at a flatrate of €7, on orders under €40. Orders over €40 qualify for free delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you require shipping outside of the UK and Ireland please contact us via email email@example.com.
You can collect your order from our stall at Aughrim Town & Country market on Saturdays from 10am until 2pm. Select local pickup at the checkout.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your gift box was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. In the event of a problem with a sale item a credit note to the purchase value will be provided in place of a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds for damaged or defective goods
Each delivery should be inspected prior to accepting it from the courier. If it is found to be damaged please refuse it and return it to the courier. If you are unable to inspect the package and one of our gift boxes is delivered damaged or any of the goods are found to be defective you must contact us immediately to report this (within 12 hours of delivery). If you fail to contact us to report damaged or defective goods in a timely manner we may not be able to offer you a refund. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
